The Farmers Market now offers Fresh Bbq Pulled Pork, Tri Tip, and Chicken, all made by Certified Professional Chef Mathew Mujica, a local who has been whipping up "Que" for over 13 years. He offers yummy sandwich plates and also offers catering packages. Fixings include a secret recipe Baked Beans and Potato Salad. In the future he will be whipping up his own version of stuffed roasted corn. In addition, the Market has sweet spring strawberries and other fruit as well as abundant cold weather vegetables such as asparagus, artichokes, cabbage, onions, beets, carrots, and lettuces galore. Another new food offering is brought to us by our own Los Amigos Restaurant and their taco cart from which Tacos El Pastor, Carne Asada, and chicken is cooked with tacos prepared to order with a selection of salsas and the necessary condiments fresh cilantro and onions, green and red salsas. The Farmers Market is also hosting several charities serving up coffee, donuts, and smoothies and other goodies. Pampered Chef is hosting a fund raiser to a new Sea Scout "Ship" 39. Sea Scouts are a club offshoot of Boy Scouts with a focus on water activities. They are trying to raise funds and are accepting any related donations to get their first "ship" under way.
